The hotel beaches are private and used by hotel guests and paying Tunisians only, so they don't get too crowded, unless the hotel is overbooked. Both of the areas have gorgeous hotel beaches. Djerba area has some nice soft sandy beaches and crystal turquoise sea. The best beaches of the northeast except for Plage des 5,000 Ans and Plage Municipale are privately owned by the resorts located in the Zone Touristique. You can find quiet beaches between such towns as Aghir and el-Kantara.

Raf Raf is an endless white sand beach of legendary beauty with dunes alongside, located just 30km east of Bizerte. Sounineis a small town located some 60 km from the capital in the northern part of Tunisia with a nice Sounine plage. Nabeul. The city of Korba has a beach that stretches for eight kilometers making it one of the most beautiful cities of Cap Bon, the summer visit in large numbers. Today the city is not very much more than most other towns in Tunisia, but the beaches are really good.
