Ocho Rios is located in the center of the northern coast of Jamaica, on the banks of the famous Bay of Discovery. The local region is primarily known for its rich vegetation of dense thickets of hibiscus and other tropical plants. You can find the famous Dunn's River Falls (180 meters high) and the Valley of ferns, Columbus Park, Shaw Park Gardens. Ocho Rios has numerous fruit and coffee plantations, as well as the beautiful beaches of Runaway Bay.
Port Antonio is located in the north-east of Jamaica. Its a small town surrounded by virgin jungle and inhabited by exotic birds and butterflies. The scenery remained the same as it was before thousands of years ago. Port Antonio is surrounding by the famous waterfalls, many of which are cascading into the sea.
The ocean waters off the coast of Port Antonio are declared marine reserves. The outstanding Blue Lagoon - a place from the movie of the same name is also here, as well as a beautiful Boston Beach, Carlton Gardens and a prestigious resort of Crystal Springs.
Trelawney district is located at the north coast of Jamaica, midway between the resorts of Ocho Rios and Montego Bay.
Runaway Bay is situated 20 minutes from the town of Ocho Rios. With its green hills and blue mountains, Runaway Bay is a quiet and calm place of golden sand beaches.
White House Bay is located on the southwestern coast of Jamaica, half an hour drive from Montego Bay. It is the hottest tropical coastline with pristine beaches, jungles and the only hotel of Sandals Whitehouse, built in the style of the Caribbean villages.
Westmoreland is a small town and a popular tourist resort of Jamaica which is visited by thousands of tourists each year. In Westmoreland, as well as throughout Jamaica you can find numerous cozy restaurants, where you can taste great seafood, marinated and fried with peppers and onions. The most popular dish in Jamaica is "Jerky" - a specific Jamaican barbecue. The heat and humidity in Westmoreland do not spoil the comfort as the sea breeze blows constantly here, creating a pleasant coolness.
